Return & Exchange Policy

At Noor Kali, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure premium quality.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Size issue (subject to availability)

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Products purchased on sale or discounted offers may not be eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are only processed if:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment.
  • A verified issue occurs from our side.
